Refund Policy
1. Basic Principle
The participation or registration fee collected through applications on concerts-audition.com is non-refundable.
By completing the payment, the applicant expressly agrees to this regulation.
2. Application per Concert
- The participation fee applies per concert and per submitted application.
- Applications for multiple concert dates constitute separate services.
- Offsetting, partial refunds, or credits are excluded.
In particular, no refund claim arises if an applicant applies for multiple concerts and is selected for only one or individual dates.
3. No Refund in Particular in Case of:
- Non-selection in the application process
- Selection for only one or individual concert dates
- Withdrawal or cancellation of the application by the applicant
- Multiple applications
- Cancellation, postponement, relocation, or non-performance of a concert date
- Changes to the program, venue, or cast
- Force majeure or official orders
4. Purpose of Participation Fee
The participation fee covers the organizational, technical, and artistic expenses of the respective application and selection process and is not tied to the performance of a concert.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are granted exclusively in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment of the same participation fee
- Verifiably erroneous charge by the payment service provider
In these cases, contact via the email address listed in the Impressum is required.
6. Transparency Note
This refund policy is part of the Terms and Conditions and is clearly communicated during the application and payment process.
